Report a bias incident

You can make an anonymous report as it helps the Bias Response Team to gather information about climate, but there may be limited ability to respond to anonymous reports. The college also has a campus conduct hotline (1-866-943-5787) for individuals to report matters anonymously.

If you wish to report an incident of sexual misconduct, such as sexual assault, sexual exploitation, stalking, and dating or domestic violence, please use the Title IX Reporting Form.

For support, referral, and/or intervention: Someone from Augustana College will reach out to you in order to provide support and referrals to resources in a one-on-one meeting, and may approach you for additional information in order to open an investigation. You must provide your name with this option. Responses from the Bias Response Team should only be expected if you are a current Augustana community member (i.e. student, employee). For information only: Augustana College will log your report to provide information on the campus climate. By choosing this option, you are indicating that you prefer that someone does not follow up with you. However, the college reserves the right to investigate all reported incidents and take corrective action when warranted
